Illustrated Plate Collection for Spoleto
An illustrated tableware collection that brings a little piece of Italy to the table. For Spoleto's "Volta ao Mundo" (Around the World) line, I created two hand-illustrated designs — Costa Amalfitana and La Dolce Vita — printed on porcelain plates. Each captures the light and flavors of the Italian coast in summer: Sicilian lemons, the blue of the sea, a village clinging to the cliffs, and the celebratory spirit of la dolce vita. The brief asked for one clear, recognizable hero element per plate — so a customer could ask for "the Sicilian lemon plate" — all within a circular crop and a digital-yet-analog finish of visible brushwork and texture.
